ORDER PREPARATION
Parcels are shipped within 72 hours after receipt of your payment.
On weekdays (business days), orders placed before 6 p.m. are processed and shipped the following day, subject to unforeseen circumstances and increased activity.
Parcels destined for countries outside Europe and non-standard parcels may require more than 24 hours of preparation time. All parcels are prepared and shipped by our logistics center.
ORDER TRACKING
After validating your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
You can track your order using the provided tracking information according to the chosen carrier.
MODIFICATION OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
You can modify your delivery address within one hour of validating your order by contacting Karine at 06.40.14.43.29.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We deliver internationally. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 days for European Union countries.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDERS
Home deliveries are made for metropolitan France, Europe, and international destinations.
Delivery to pickup points is exclusively available in metropolitan France.
Delivery times are 48 business hours for shipments via Colissimo, DPD, and DPD predict. These times depend on the carriers and are therefore not guaranteed.
Vent de bohème reserves the right to refuse delivery to individuals at collective addresses such as offices, care facilities, or resorts.
In the event of delivery to a collective address, the customer acknowledges that the obligation of the carrier chosen by Vent de bohème for the delivery of the order ends with the effective delivery to the collective address specified in their order, even if the shipment is not received by the final recipient but by a third party.

DELIVERY RATES IN FRANCE, EUROPE, AND INTERNATIONAL
You can simulate shipping costs from your cart using the simulator.
Delivery charges are waived for purchases over €49 including VAT for metropolitan France.
The transport fee waiver is automatically applied at the final stage of the order, just before payment.
Please ensure that your delivery address is indeed in metropolitan France.
RETURNS
We do not offer product exchanges, but you can return your products if you made a mistake or identified an issue with the product.
Returns are free for France as part of our returns policy.
