Free delivery on orders of €50 or more. Free returns for all orders placed in mainland France, covering all products except for deckchair and folding chair frames (though the fabric slings can be returned free of charge).
For orders outside France, delivery costs will be provided before you confirm your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return any item that does not suit you, without needing to provide a reason.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or color, simply return the original item and place a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Send your return request to bonjour@ventdeboheme.com, specifying:
your order number,
the product(s) you wish to return,
the reason for your request (optional).
Prepare your return package:
use the Colissimo return label provided to you,
you may reuse the original box or any suitable packaging,
items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale (tried on but not used). The original packaging, including the barcode, is required.
Drop off your package at a post office or a pickup point. Keep the tracking number until the refund is processed.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund for the returned items using the same payment method used for the original order.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from your request, though the refund may be delayed until our team has received the package.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If the item received is defective or does not match the description, the return is free of charge, regardless of where you live. Please contact us immediately to arrange the return pickup.
THE HIDDEN SIDE OF FREE RETURNS
When ordering online, mistakes regarding size or color can happen. That is why we offer free returns for mainland France. However, every return has an environmental impact—involving round-trip transport, handling, repackaging, and more. Limiting returns also means reducing our carbon footprint.
QUESTIONS TO ASK BEFORE YOU ORDER
To avoid the need for a return, consider whether the size, color, and style are truly right for you. Of course, if a product doesn't suit you or has a defect, you can return it to us free of charge.
