All orders placed on the website are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale.

VENT DE BOHEME reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms at any time, with the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one available online at ventdeboheme.com at the time of the order.

I. The Customer

The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old, and to have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the website. When registering personal data in the "my account" section, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In case of an error in the recipient's contact details, VENT DE BOHEME cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. VENT DE BOHEME reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer's IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.

II. The Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Website. VENT DE BOHEME takes the utmost care in presenting and describing these products to provide the best possible information to the Customer. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Website, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, if the delivered product does not conform to its description on the Website, the Customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal or implement VENT DE BOHEME's conformity guarantee, which will result, if applicable, in an exchange or refund of the price (in whole or in part) possibly charged in return for the product.

III. The Order

Placing an order on the Website requires compliance with the procedure set up by VENT DE BOHEME, which is concretized by a succession of different steps that the Customer must follow to validate their order. The Customer will have the opportunity, before definitively validating their order, to check the details and total price and correct any errors before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations of these terms and conditions.

VENT DE BOHEME will refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute or incident regarding the payment of a previous order or which would violate these terms and conditions.

In this case, VENT DE BOHEME will inform the Customer by email. If the Customer does not correct the erroneous elements or those contrary to these terms and conditions, VENT DE BOHEME reserves the right not to process the order.

An order confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, availability of products, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the Customer by VENT DE BOHEME. The Customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by VENT DE BOHEME of the content of their order. In any event, invoices are provided upon delivery.

IV. Prices and Payment Methods

  1. Determination of the Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in shipping costs.

The total order price (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the cart.

VENT DE BOHEME reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability.

  1. Payment Method

Products are payable in full on the day of the actual order.

Payment for purchases is made either by:

  • Bank card: The Customer accesses a dedicated space provided by a banking institution, which ensures the security and registration of the payment order. In this regard, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of their bank card number to VENT DE BOHEME constitutes authorization to debit their account for the amount of the ordered products.
  • PayPal
  1. The data recorded and stored by VENT DE BOHEME constitutes proof of the order and all past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

V. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, provided that it is the Customer's residence address or any other physical or moral person's address of their choice.

Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.

To ensure these deadlines are met, the Customer must ensure they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

The indicated delivery times are indicative, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.

VENT DE BOHEME cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery not attributable to it.

In the case of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and VENT DE BOHEME by any means, with all reservations, at the time of receipt of the product.

VI. Right of Withdrawal

The private Customer has a right of withdrawal, which can be exercised without reason, within seven (7) clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning the products at their own expense in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, along with the order number to the following address:

VENT DE BOHEME will reimburse the Customer for any amounts already paid, minus any shipping costs, under the conditions outlined in Article VII below.

VII. Refunds

Product refunds in the cases mentioned in Articles II and VI will be made by VENT DE BOHEME within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of their order or by issuing a store credit.

VIII. Applicable Law

Any order implies full acceptance by the Customer of these general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction. In the event of difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the Customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.

IX. Data Protection

The information collected by VENT DE BOHEME during a Customer's order is necessary for managing the transaction and may be communicated in whole or in part to VENT DE BOHEME's service providers involved in the order's execution. The Customer is informed that such personal data may also be collected by an organization responsible for analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete data concerning them.
